Welcome Back to 2018

This photo and the other two I picked are just very powerful. When I looked at them it made me say wow out loud. It shows how crazy this year was and an important event from this year.

This picture is amazing. The simplicity of it but yet so so powerful. Really represents a lot of 2017.

Looking at this picture just really shows how much I don't understand what is going on in the world. I can't even imagine a situation like this. 

1: The best song of 2017 is 1-800-273-8255 by Logic Featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid because it brings awareness to suicide and really helps support a lot of people.
2: The best movie to me this year was The Greatest Showman. I saw it theater twice. It makes me so happy and it shows that no matter what you look like you should be accepted and have a safe place.
3: There were a lot of important news stories this year, pretty much all of them being sad and all of them being very very important. I think one that sticks out to me was the shooting in Las Vegas. That is where I am from and I used to go down there where the shooting was all the time. I always hear about these shootings and bombs but when its in my home town and where my friends and family live it really sticks out even more.
4: Patty Jenkins for being the first woman to direct a film that made more than $100 million in its opening weekend,

5:  NFL players kneeling during the national anthem. Kaepernick started the year before to bring attention to social injustices. I think that was a very important thing this year because people who have that fame use it in other positive ways.

1: Christmas Day going to see my grandparents and other family members in temple.
2: My resolutions for 2018 are to workout everyday instead of every other day and to just have fun and not over think everything.
3: I am really looking forward to getting my car and meeting new people including my sisters new baby.
